Democrats after the 2020 elections responded to President Trump’s charges of misbehavior by claiming it was an essentially perfect process. No fraud, no suspicions, no concerns, they said.
But since then, Just the News has compiled a list of 20 “bombshells” that reveal fraud, illegalities, irregularities, rule changes, ballot harvesting, hacks and much more.
Now there’s another case, even though this involves a local race, not the presidential result.
The report explains Kathy Funk, a Democrat who formerly was the Flint Township clerk in Michigan, is facing a Genesee County District court trial on allegations of ballot tampering and official misconduct.
The offense allegedly happened as there was to be a recount in her own August 2020 primary.
The case was announced by Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
The report explained that Funk is accused of intentionally breaking a seal on a ballot container – so the votes could not be counted in the recount.
Funk was seeking re-election and narrowly prevailed in the first count, and the recount eventually did not happen.
She later resigned her post to take another job.
In a statement, Nessel said, “Election officials must uphold the integrity of their positions. Those who abuse that commitment undermine the very foundation of our democracy.”
