Ilhan Omar says illegal aliens are 'the very best of our country'

America has been gifted with a population of amazing talent and knowledge.

Ignoring the stunning developments in health, economics, industry and arts from its history, just look at the recent years and what has happened in the computer and tech advances.

Then there’s the entire business model that allowed the creation of huge corporations capable of creating essentials and conveniences for the world. And the space program.

Also, too, there are the arts from Hollywood and Broadway, the military that largely has kept the world from destroying itself for two generations, and America’s generosity, the ability to reach out and help other nations thrive.

The highest level of talent now has been identified by Rep. Ilhan Omar, a Democrat from Minnesota.

The illegal aliens.

“To all the TPS recipients, DACA recipients and undocumented people, never forget that you exemplify the very best of our country and you belong here,” she claimed.

Omar’s comments came at a rally in Washington after the Senate parliamentarian said the Democrats would not be able to include citizenship for illegals in a budget reconciliation package they are trying to develop.

Omar told a crowd that included those with temporary protected status, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals status, and others, that Sen. Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and the White House should simply ignore the parliamentarian.

Her own short tenure in Washington has been littered with controversy so far.

There were reports she might have committed a felony by failing to properly report her assets and income in her financial disclosure reports to the House of Representatives.

The National Legal and Policy Center demanded the Office of Congressional Ethics investigate why Omar’s financial disclosures make no reference to the income she may have received from her memoir published in May 2020, as well as the Democratic lawmaker’s apparently gross undervaluation of her new husband’s consulting firm, which raked in nearly $3 million from Omar’s political campaign from 2018 through 2020.

There also was her decision to funnel hundreds of thousands of dollars to her husband’s consulting business. That was after she and her husband both divorced their spouses to marry each other.

Also, she publicly equated Israel and the United States with terrorist organizations such as Hamas and the Taliban, and then doubled down.

On social media after 11 days of rocket fire on Israeli citizens by Hamas, she wrote, “We have seen unthinkable atrocities committed by the U.S., Hamas, Israel, Afghanistan, and the Taliban.”

She at one point was part of a small group in Congress that wrote to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg demanding that he “eradicate anti-Muslim bigotry from Facebook.”

And she’s insisted that Congress must appoint additional liberal judges to the Supreme Court – stacking the body with leftists – because she’s disagreed with some of the high court’s decisions.

One of the more volatile situations is the fact that there has been credible evidence that she married her brother to allow him to remain in America, a charge that she vehemently denies.
