President Biden’s reference to Russian President Vladimir Putin as a “killer” in an interview this week should prompt some self-reflection in Biden, evangelist Franklin Graham said Friday.
“President Biden should consider that, in God’s eyes, abortion is murder. It is the killing of the innocent, not the guilty,” Graham wrote on Facebook.
“President Biden supports abortion, and his administration supports abortion – even government/taxpayer funding of abortion. This year more than 185,000 babies have been murdered through abortion int his country,” said Graham, the CEO and president of both the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and the global relief and development group Samaritan’s Purse.
“I pray that President Biden’s eyes and heart would be opened to this tragedy and that our country would change its course on abortion. We will be held accountable by God,” Graham said.
Biden is moving swiftly to reverse President Trump’s pro-life policies, which included banning taxpayer funding of abortion abroad and restricting funding of the American abortion industry.
Biden chose the radically pro-abortion Xavier Becerra to be his secretary of Health and Human Services. As California attorney general, Becerra sued to force Catholic nuns to fund abortion and prosecuted undercover journalists who exposed the abortion industry’s profiting from the sale of the body parts of unborn children.
Fox News reported Friday that Biden refused Putin’s challenge for a debate on live television because he is “quite busy” this weekend.
Putin was responding to Biden’s statement in an ABC News interview on Tuesday that Putin was a “killer” and would “pay a price” for alleged Russia interference in the 2020 U.S. presidential election.
