There were those who labeled Joe Biden the “Hidin’ Biden” during his presidential campaign, over the many weeks he would conceal himself in his own home, only releasing video statements to Americans.

But all that was supposed to change in the White House, with his repeated promises of transparency.

An investigative report from the Washington Examiner reveals it hasn’t.

In fact, Biden is stonewalling even Democrats in Congress now.

It’s come about because of the GOP majority in the House, which promised voters members would be investigating a wide range of Biden agenda points and campaigns, and have been trying to do exactly that.

“Biden administration officials, however, have so far refused to cooperate on virtually every front,” the report said. “GOP lawmakers face the increasingly likely prospect of a protracted fight to get basic answers.”

The report explained more than half a dozen House committees have dispatched requests for information to the many federal bureaucracies. They’ve been investigating issues ranging from Hunter Biden’s business dealings – described by critics as essentially selling access to his father, to how COVID-19 shots were approved.

“Even several Democratic-controlled Senate committees have pushed the Biden administration for information — and, in some cases, expressed frustration with the result,” the report explained.

Because, “Biden administration officials have, to date, met some of the letters with silence.”

Or minimalist responses that don’t address the issues.

The report cited a request from the House Oversight Committee about the discovery of classified government papers in Joe Biden’s private foundation office. Classified documents also were found in multiple locations in his home, including in his garage next to his collectible Corvette.

The response from White House counsel Stuart Delery was that his office would consider “legitimate oversight interests” … and might provide details in the future.

Also, “The House Foreign Affairs Committee has blasted the State Department for failing to provide all but the most basic information about the administration’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021,” the report said.

And, the report noted, House Oversight members said investigators have found that Biden family members got more than $1 million in payments linked to a Chinese company, a discovery that followed “months of stonewalling” from Treasury.

“After two months of dragging their feet, the Treasury Department is finally providing us with access to the suspicious activity reports for the Biden family and their associates’ business transactions,” explained chairman James Comer, R-Ky.

He noted the reports involved – submitted by banks to Treasury regarding questionable and odd payments involving the Bidens – had been available to Congress for years, but Biden “changes the rules” to impose restrictions.

Among other questions – unanswered – were why the National Archives responded with a publicly aggressive attitude regarding President Trump and classified papers from his presidency found in his home – and reportedly worked to keep quiet details about similar papers found in Biden’s home.

A key difference in the cases is that Trump had the authority to declassified papers at will. Biden did not.

The report noted, “Frustration with the Biden administration’s refusal to cooperate has even bubbled over in the Democratic Senate,” as members of the Senate Intel Committee from both parties have said they are being blocked in their efforts to investigate those classified documents issues.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Long the world’s most Christian nation, America today is being taken over by a new “official” national religion, one being imposed on the entire populace by every major societal institution, from government, media and big tech, to academia, entertainment and business.

This new state religion is Wokeism. “Going woke” conjures up visions of someone claiming to be acutely sensitive (“awake”) to “systemic social and political injustice.” And not just alleged bigotry against blacks, but toward every other “minority” as well, from LGBT folk – especially everything transgender and “nonbinary” – to “undocumented immigrants.” All of them, being VICTIMS, intrinsically more virtuous than the shameful oppressor class: primarily heterosexual white males.

This new “woke” consciousness has turned America upside-down – from the nationwide Antifa and Black Lives Matter riots in 2020, to tearing down of historic monuments, to demanding multi-million-dollar reparation payments for blacks, to appointing transgenders as top government officials, to rampant reverse discrimination in every area of life, to the U.S. military imposing mandatory “diversity training” and transgender pronoun use on all personnel, causing recruitment to disastrously plummet.

Yet there is hope. Being “saved” – which in Wokeism is called being “woke” – is largely a matter of worshipping victimhood by becoming an “ally” and “defender” of all the many victim classes, and a determined enemy of the straight white male oppressor class. Thus, “joining the righteous” as an ally – even if one is cursed to be a straight white male – opens the door mercifully for salvation, even to the most wretched.

That is the power of the religion of Wokeism. And it’s explored as never before in the February 2023 issue of WND’s critically acclaimed monthly Whistleblower magazine. If you’ve ever wondered, for example, exactly how the most radical elements in American society are successfully pressuring the biggest corporations into adopting the most outrageous and immoral policies imaginable, even when doing so permanently damages and devalues the company, the stunning answers are in this issue of Whistleblower, titled “WOKEISM: AMERICA’S OFFICIAL STATE RELIGION.”
