Suspect in Capitol Police attack a Nation of Islam follower

The suspect who allegedly rammed a barrier at the U.S. Capitol on Friday and killed a police officer identified himself on his Facebook page as a “Follower of Farrakhan,” the leader of the Nation of Islam.

Andy Ngô, known for his exposure of Antifa and other extremist movements, posted on Twitter the Facebook pages belonging to Noah Green before they were removed.

The New York Post reported Green, who was shot dead by police at the Capitol, is “a Nation of Islam devotee.”

The 25-year-old wrote on Facebook two weeks ago: “I was on the right track and everything I had planned was coming into existence. It required long hours, lots of studying, and exercise to keep me balanced while experiencing an array of concerning symptoms along the path (I believe to be side effects of drugs I was intaking unknowingly).”

“However, the path has been thwarted, as Allah has chosen me for other things. Throughout life I have set goals, attained them, set higher ones, and then been required to sacrifice those things.”

Green allegedly crashed into a barrier at the Capitol then got out of his car with a knife and lunged at an officer before being fatally shot.

Both officers were injured, and later Capitol Police announced Officer William Evans has died.

Authorities said the incident did not appear to be “terrorism related.”

The Gateway Pundit noted Green left a note on Facebook that said: “In addition to my last post … I encourage everyone to study Revelations (sic), study the signs of end times, study who the beast is, study who the anti-Christ is, study who the false prophet is, and study the created images during those times. The Minister is here to save me and the rest of humanity, even if it means facing death. Be willing to deny yourself and follow him, pick up your cross. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad (his teacher, the exalted Christ) is alive and in power (I bear witness). Study the Minister, watch his lectures, study Elijah Muhammad, study the mother wheel (which is present here in America [I bear witness again]). We have a little time.”
