History may remember President Donald Trump best not only as an artist of dealmaking and a courageous leader, but also as a teacher.
By speaking truth to the left’s power, he exposed the fear, hatred and violence inside leftists.
One example of this has been captured in a hidden-camera recording of remarks by Michael Beller, principal counsel for PBS, the Public Broadcasting Service. His words were so hateful and indefensible that PBS fired him immediately when this Project Veritas video went public days ago.
PBS said that Beller never created its programs. Full disclosure: I worked for four years as a reporter and pundit on programs for PBS’s Los Angeles affiliate. Beller, I suspect, was employed because he perfectly embodies the leftist intolerance of many who make PBS programming.
If former Vice President Joe Biden failed to defeat Trump in the 2020 election, Beller said he would “go to the White House and throw Molotov cocktails,” incendiary gasoline bombs.
Beller called it “great” that “COVID is spiking in all the red states right now,” because “either those people won’t come out to vote for Trump … or a lot of them are sick and dying.”
“Americans are so f***ing dumb,” Beller said haughtily. “It’s good to live in a place (Washington, D.C.) where people are educated and know stuff. Could you imagine if you lived in one of these other towns or cities where everybody’s just stupid?”
Beller voiced hatred for Trump supporters, who he said will “be raising a generation of intolerant, horrible people – horrible kids.”
“Even if Biden wins,” Beller continued, “we go for all the Republican voters and Homeland Security will take their children away. … And we’ll put them into re-education camps.”
Beller describes these as “enlightenment camps.”
“They’re nice. They have Sesame Street characters in the classrooms, and they watch PBS all day,” he said.
Is he acknowledging that PBS, supported largely with taxpayer dollars, is already a “reeducation” camp for our children?
Beller seems to believe that, like reeducation camps in communist China, these “enlightenment camps” will indoctrinate kidnapped Republican children and turn them into collectivists who see everything with the proper leftward slant, including rejection of their parents’ politically incorrect, pro-American ideas.
To be fair, how different is this from today’s socialistic government schools that have replaced teaching reading, writing and arithmetic with the new “3 Rs” of racism (i.e., the “1619 Project”), recycling (i.e., radical environmentalism) and reproduction (i.e., radical sexuality)?
Many leftists now aim to “deprogram” Trump supporters, as if they were hypnotized cultists. If Trumpists refuse to be bullied or peer-pressured into bowing to leftist dogma, then many leftists would use violent coercion, child-napping and even “ethnic cleansing” or de facto genocide to eradicate any challenge to the left’s absolute power.
To leftists, the individual is nothing and the collective everything, like Star Trek’s Borg. The “woke” do not care if leftism leads to, as the radicals now chant, “No USA at all!” Their globalist goal is world government.
If achieving this utopian future requires threatening people with Molotov cocktails and street violence like Adolf Hitler’s brownshirt mobs, or stealing and brainwashing Republican children, or watching older conservatives die of communist Chinese COVID, so be it.
The left is godless, and its morality is largely social Darwinist – survival of the fittest. Those who oppose leftists are to be targeted for liquidation by identifying and “cancelling” them, preventing their employment and their ability to organize or communicate by modern means such as the internet. Conservatives are to be made “non-persons” by the same brutal discrimination that slave-owning racist Democrats historically aimed at African-Americans. In Darwinist terms, “cancelling” a group will drive them to extinction.
Leftists believe that they are a different and superior species. Conservatives are Neanderthals, “just stupid,” as Beller said. Leftists are an intelligent elite, the “master race” who scheme to rule others. By stealing our rights, elections, labor, lives and country, leftists intend to carry out a genocide against traditional Americans who in 2016 elected one of their own in President Trump. Government and social institutions – the media, education, Wall Street and more – are to be rigged so this can never happen again!
As Nobel laureate economist Friedrich von Hayek predicted in his book “The Road to Serfdom,” arrogant self-righteous leftists like Michael Beller will build a new feudal utopia by turning our children into their serfs and slaves.
This is what Chinese dynasties have done for millennia, and, as owners of Joe Biden, the current communist regime is about to do to us.
