As you read these words, the Biden White House is wildly championing the cause of amputating healthy body parts of children who have been groomed and manipulated into believing they are the opposite sex from what God made them. Team Biden even wants America’s taxpayers to pay for these mutilating surgeries. At the same time, a new Colorado law explicitly permits the slaughter of perfect, viable human babies, for any reason, right up to the very moment they emerge from their mother.
All of this new madness joins the ongoing madness – Team Biden’s engineering of a full-scale foreign invasion of America from the south, its intentional destruction of our nation’s oil, coal and natural gas industries, the ruinous runaway inflation it has inflicted on the whole country, and its apparent obliviousness to the dangers of plunging the U.S. into World War III.
Many names are being used to try to describe what is currently happening to America – “Marxism,” “communism,” “totalitarianism,” “globalism,” “the Great Reset.” Or how about, “total insanity and evil”?
Whatever you want to call it, America – the greatest and most blessed nation on earth – is at war. And our main adversary is not Vladimir Putin.
I’m talking about the full-fledged Marxist revolution exploding right here in America – from the halls of Congress to the White House to our nation’s southern border to our classrooms to our streets to Big Tech to Big Media to “woke corporations” like Disney.
This is no exaggeration. Some of the best-selling books in the country right now are serious works by smart, serious people, like “American Marxism” by Mark Levin, “Irresistible Revolution: Marxism’s Goal of Conquest & the Unmaking of the American Military” by Lt. Col. Matthew Lohmeier and “The Dying Citizen: How Progressive Elites, Tribalism, and Globalization Are Destroying the Idea of America” by historian Victor Davis Hanson.
Yes, this is all too real. And let’s just be clear as to what we’re actually dealing with: What we cryptically refer to as “The Left” – code words for a godless, revolutionary movement steeped in pathological anger and churning rebellion against America as a uniquely blessed Judeo-Christian country – is at war not with “racism” and “inequity,” nor ultimately is their war really against conservatives and Christians (whom they label “white supremacists” and “domestic terrorists”), but with God. That’s right, their problem is with Reality, with science and biology, with history, with the most fundamental and immutable laws of economics, with human nature, with objective TRUTH. They hate truth.
Because of this, most everything the Democrats and the Left champion eerily boils down to the opposite of truth. Abortion is “women’s health care.” Men can get pregnant and give birth to babies. Donald Trump is just like Hitler. Biden’s runaway inflation and the highest gas prices EVER are Vladimir Putin’s fault!
As I noted at the outset, most recently Biden’s radically pro-abortion and openly pro-communist secretary of Health and Human Services, Xavier Becerra, has been pushing to force already financially strapped American taxpayers to pay for ghoulish, body-mutilating surgeries and amputation of healthy body parts of children who have been groomed into believing they are “transgender.”
So things are pretty bad right now.
The problem is, anyone daring to speak the forbidden Truth about these things is immediately accused of “discrimination” and “bigotry,” of spreading “misinformation” and “conspiracy theories” – and is censored or destroyed altogether.
Ever wonder why “freedom of speech” is America’s core freedom, the foundation of all the others? Because it amounts to freedom to speak the truth. It literally legalizes truth! Remember, truth has always been the one type of speech that poses a mortal threat to tyrants and wannabe tyrants.
Traditionally, society’s natural defenders against the onslaught of such tyranny, and against all the lies and deceptions that underlie and support it, are those who make up the free and independent press. Don’t laugh; it’s true. That’s why Thomas Jefferson said, “The only security of all is in a FREE PRESS,” and “Where the press is free and every man able to read, all is safe.”
REAL journalists are professional Truth-tellers – their job is literally to tell the truth, no matter what, to shout it from the rooftops so to speak, without fear or favor. Because without Truth, liberty and prosperity in a nation quickly wither and die. That’s what’s happening in America right now.
Of course, today’s “news media” consists almost entirely of lying, corrupt, self-serving, cravenly obedient cheerleaders for the revolution, for Marxist indoctrination like “critical race theory,” for the “Great Reset,” for men having babies, and for innocent children being groomed and channeled into desperate and hopeless lifestyles.
As a result, the number one target of today’s Big Tech totalitarians, who have become gatekeepers of all information, is that tiny part of the news media not extoling the virtues of the ascendent Democrats’ insane, delusional and fantastically destructive agenda, but rather, committed to reporting the TRUTH … no matter the cost or consequences.
Now a few words about WND, whose motto for 25 years has been “A FREE PRESS FOR A FREE PEOPLE.” Right now, WND is paying a great price and is suffering major consequences for reporting truthfully.
We are under continual attack. In just the last few months, Google has permanently de-monetized WND, decimating our advertising revenue, as has YouTube (owned by Google). Facebook has radically suppressed our traffic, three major online ad companies have canceled WND because of our “hate speech” (that’s what they call it when you affirm basic biblical morality and defend the innocence of children). T-Mobile has blocked people attempting to share WND exclusive reporting on COVID. We’ve had to fight a predatory lawsuit filed against us because (believe it or not) a blind plaintiff claimed he couldn’t read WND. You can laugh, but this case has cost us many thousands of dollars in attorney fees to fight it. (Many blind readers of WND have emailed me recently and I’ve talked to several on the phone – they love WND, read it easily with the help of the right software, and are totally outraged at the lawsuit.)
As a result of all these challenges and more, we at WND have cut our staff down to remain lean and competitive, and all of us have had to endure big pay-cuts and late paychecks – and sometimes to go without pay at all.
Unlike most major news sites, WND doesn’t have a billionaire sugar-daddy like George Soros pumping money into our operation as needed. We’ve always earned our own way, and are thus beholden to no one but the Good Lord. But, because today’s elites, Big Tech and cancel culture have made it so difficult to operate by taking over the internet and suppressing, censoring and canceling everything decent, American and Christian, we’re seriously struggling.
I’m asking you to prayerfully consider helping us.
