Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis, hosted a panel session in Washington, D.C., Monday morning titled “COVID-19: A Second Opinion,” featuring critics of the vaccines and the federal government’s response to the pandemic, including Dr. Robert Malone and Dr. Peter McCullough.
McCullough asked for a show of hands of physicians, scientists and health experts on the panel and in attendance who “personally have witnessed censorship, intimidation or professional reprisal and damage as a result of your advocacy for patients.”
“I want this to be recorded,” he said of his informal poll.
He estimated it was 80% of the people in the room.

Invitations were extended to the CEOs of Pfizer and Moderna, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Rochelle Walensky and “other individuals who have developed, promoted, and led the response to the pandemic over the last two years.”
The five-hour session, which included testimony from people who have suffered injuries believed to be caused by COVID vaccines, covered “Four Pillars of Pandemic Response.”
The first pillar, to limit the spread, featured former Evergreen State College biologist Dr. Bret Weinstein and Stanford epidemiologist Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, one of the three creators of the “Great Barrington Declaration.”
Early home treatments for COVID was addressed by Dr. Harvey Risch of Yale Medical School and Drs. Pierre Kory, Richard Urso, Ryan Cole and George Fareed.
The third “pillar,” hospital treatment, featured Dr. Aaron Kheriaty of the University of California-Irvine and Dr. Paul Marik of Eastern Virginia Medical School, who is suing a hospital in Norfolk for preventing him from treating his patients with ivermectin.
The final pillar, vaccines, was covered by Malone and Dr. David Wiseman.
The panel also discussed Big Tech and establishment media censorship from Big Tech, the impact of the pandemic response on children and the vaccine mandates’ impact on the worker shortage.
Many of the panel members, as WND reported, spoke at a rally Sunday at the Lincoln Memorial called “Defeat the Mandates.”

Urso thanked Johnson for providing a forum for freely exchanging ideas, observing that because of the current state of affairs it had to take place in the Senate rather than a medical school or a conference.

Kheriarty explained the threat physicians face in California of losing their license for writing a medical exemption for vaccine mandates for patients, including those with life-threatening conditions.

Malone said vaccine mandates for children are completely unjustified because children are statistically at zero risk of serious adverse effects from COVID while the vaccines pose risks to their immediate and longterm health.
“Our public policies managing COVID have had a particularly strong adverse effect on our children,” he said.

Malone said a universal vaccination strategy amid a pandemic violates everything we know about “basic viral evolution.” The current omicron variant, he said, is not only resistant to the experimental vaccines, its rate of infection also “seems to be facilitated” by the vaccines.
He noted the Food and Drug Administration said in its original documents allowing emergency use authorization for the vaccines that it wanted the pharmaceutical industry to investigate the risks of antibody-dependent enhancement or vaccine-enhanced disease.
Forced universal vaccination, Malone said, “must stop for the sake of the world.”
See Malone’s remarks about the universal vaccination strategy:
McCullough contested the claim by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and academic institutions that vaccination is associated with a decrease in hospitalization.
In recent days, he noted, the CDC has cited five papers that show vaccination is associated with a reduction in hospitalization, even in the omicron wave.
“But it’s only in U.S. hospitals,” he said. “Not in South Africa, not in Germany, not in the Denmark, not in the U.K. and not in Israel.”
He said the claim that the vaccines somehow reduce hospitalization without reducing infection and spread is “academic fraud.”
“These hospitals are not telling us why the patients are hospitalized,” he said. “And we’ve had multiple officials come out and tell us that
40 to 60 percent of the people coming to the hospital who test positive for COVID are not there for COVID.”
Further, he pointed out that the vaccinated get a lot of testing and the unvaccinated refrain from testing.
“So the combination of not adjudicating hospitalizations and this asymmetrical testing is creating a fraudulent data scheme in order to make the claim that the vaccinations are associated with reductions in hospitalizations,” McCullough said.
He argued that Israel “is loaded with vaccinated people in the hospital with COVID. and so is Germany, and so is the United Kingdom, and so elsewhere.”

McCullough became emotional when he cited papers presented to FDA vaccine advisory boards that have not been contested indicating that for young people, particularly boys, the risk of getting myocarditis from the vaccines is far greater than from COVID-19.
Through Jan. 14, there were more than 24,000 cases of myocarditis or pericarditis reported to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System website.
“Under no circumstances … should a young person every receive one of these vaccines,” he said.

Cole and others argued that many high-risk people with COVID-19 who developed severe respiratory issues, were put on ventilators and died could have been saved if they had been treated early with a regimen that included suppressed drugs such as ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine.
He recounted his consultation over the phone with a man who had underlying conditions of obesity and diabetes.
“I said, ‘You’re going to the pharmacy, don’t go to the ER,'” Cole recalled. “I called in some early treatment medications of the drugs which shall not be named. Said individual calls me a couple of hours later and says, ‘You know that excruciating 9 out of 10 lung pain? It’s now 2 out of 10 six hours later.'”
Cole said that the next morning, the man called him and said, his oxygen saturation level of 86% had risen to 98%.
“I said, ‘Isn’t that fantastic, early treatment works.'”
Finally, Cole revealed: “That individual is my brother. I am my brother’s keeper.”

Christina Parks, PhD., a health scientists, decried the “one-size-fits-all approach to vaccination and treatment,” arguing, for example, that there is growing data that people of African descent should be given lower doses of the mRNA vaccines because of adverse responses.
Parks said African Americans are being denied early treatment. She told of the death of her father last Friday to COVID-19, concluding he “died from lack of appropriate care.”
She said family members were told that certain treatments were not part of their “protocol” and could not be administered.

Kory described a “coordinated attack, creating fear,” that threatened physicians with the loss of their job or medical licenses for using early treatments.
EDITOR’S NOTE: Last year, America’s doctors, nurses and paramedics were celebrated as frontline heroes battling a fearsome new pandemic. Today, under Joe Biden, tens of thousands of these same heroes are denounced as rebels, conspiracy theorists, extremists and potential terrorists. Along with massive numbers of police, firemen, Border Patrol agents, Navy SEALs, pilots, air-traffic controllers, and countless other truly essential Americans, they’re all considered so dangerous as to merit termination, their professional and personal lives turned upside down due to their decision not to be injected with the experimental COVID vaccines. Biden’s tyrannical mandate threatens to cripple American society – from law enforcement to airlines to commercial supply chains to hospitals. It’s already happening. But the good news is that huge numbers of “yesterday’s heroes” are now fighting back – bravely and boldly. The whole epic showdown is laid out as never before in the sensational October issue of WND’s monthly Whistleblower magazine, titled “THE GREAT AMERICAN REBELLION: ‘We will not comply!’ COVID-19 power grab ignites bold new era of national defiance.”
