Outspoken COVID-19 vaccine critic Dr. Robert Malone has teamed up with U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., in a column contending the “COVID Cartel” of federal government, establishment media, Big Tech and health-care officials has manipulated Americans, turning them against each other to hide mismanagement while “many died unnecessary deaths.”
They note in their guest column for The Federalist that the Biden administration blamed the prolonging of the pandemic on the unvaccinated, and the media censored objectively true statements. That included Johnson receiving “four Pinocchios” from the Washington Post fact-checker for stating in July 2021 that the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System had reported at the time “over 5,200 deaths” on the agency’s “early warning system.”
“Because the Covid cartel was so vested in vaccines as the only solution to the coronavirus, evidence that their strategy was failing required a response,” they write.
“Unfortunately, they simply could not afford to respond honestly. They had put all their eggs in the vaccine basket” and “sabotaged early treatment.”
In October 2021, they write, Biden made the “blatantly false” statement that the vaccinated can’t spread the virus.
“The CDC had already been forced to admit in August 2021 that ‘fully vaccinated people with delta variant breakthrough infections can spread the virus to others.’ Yet the narrative that vaccines would be a cure-all was used to justify the pointless vaccine mandates that have been so corrosive, divisive, and destructive to our society.”
Then, to “add insult to injury,” earlier this month the National Terrorism Advisory System issued a bulletin warning of a new terrorism threat that included purveying “false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, and other forms of mis- dis- and mal-information” regarding COVID-19 and other issues.
Malone and Johnson ask: “So those with a second opinion on the pandemic are now suspected terrorists?”
They conclude: “A time of reflection and reckoning is coming, as the Canadian trucker strike proves. The Biden administration and the rest of the Covid cartel must stop dividing America and abusing its awesome powers. The path forward should be obvious. Respect the public by being honest and transparent with it. And stop infringing our God-given freedom and personal health autonomy.”
Johnson has chaired several hearings, in a Senate committee and last month on Capitol Hill, giving voice to medical scientists and physicians critical of the government’s pandemic response.
Malone is the key inventor of the mRNA technology platform that later was used in the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines.
At CPAC in Orlando, Florida, over the weekend, he was on a panel discussing the effort to silence the voices of health experts who counter the government’s narrative.
“This is full-on propaganda, censorship and information warfare,” Malone said.
