A father who desperately has been fighting his ex-wife’s transgender transition agenda for their son has appeared on the Tucker Carlson Tonight show to blast the Texas court system for rejecting his petition for an order that would prevent her from having the boy “sexually mutilated.”

“My blood ran cold when I realized what she had planned for that boy,” Jeff Younger told Carlson.
He pointed out during a trial, a court ordered that he have input into the drastic changes the transgender ideology imposes on children, but the “corrupt” Democratic system transferred his case to another judge who refused to implement the jury verdict.
The former wife apparently now has moved to California, where state law aligns with her agenda.
“I don’t think this is an accident,” Younger said.

The Daily Wire reported the mother, Anne Georgulas, “moved to California only days before a sanctuary law went into effect.”
The Tucker Carlson show included a video of the little boy explaining how his mother told him he is a girl.
“It’s the first iPhone video I ever took,” Younger said. “It escalated to where she eventually registered him in school as a girl; I had to shut that down. So the Coppell school district tried to secretly transition my son; I’d bring my son to school in boy’s clothes and they’d give him a dress and make him use the girls’ restroom. And it even escalated further when she began to present him to the world as a girl.”
While an October 2021 court order said both parents agreed that neither “may treat a child with hormonal suppression therapy, puberty blockers, and/or transgender reassignment surgery (if any) without the consent of the parents or court order,” the state Supreme Court rejected Younger’s request to stop Georgulas from moving to California with James and his twin brother.
In California a law “prohibit[s] the enforcement of an order based on another state’s law authorizing a child to be removed from their parent or guardian based on that parent or guardian allowing their child to receive gender-affirming health care or gender-affirming mental health care.”
The father told Carlson, “The pediatrician records show that she intended to chemically castrate him at age eight or nine, his current age.”
It is the Daily Caller News Foundation that has reported Texas is not particularly friendly to the chemical and surgical mutilations involved in making kids transgender.
In fact, at one point Gov. Greg Abbott asked the state’s Department of Family Protective Services to say whether transgender surgeries for children constitutes child abuse.
At the time, the Texas Republican called on Jaime Masters, commissioner of the DFPS, to make a determination of whether “genital mutilation of a child for purposes of gender transitioning through reassignment surgery constitutes child abuse.”
“Subjecting a child to genital mutilation through reassignment surgery creates a ‘genuine threat of substantial harm from physical injury to the child.’ This broad definition of ‘abuse’ should cover a surgical procedure that will sterilize the child, such as orchiectomy or hysterectomy, or remove otherwise healthy body parts, such as penectomy or mastectomy.”
The governor then pointed out that if DFPS classifies transgender surgeries for children as child abuse, it would need to follow through and “conduct prompt and thorough investigations of the child’s parents, while other state agencies would be obliged to investigate the facilities they license.”
