Stunner! Covid patient No. 1 may have been Wuhan worker infected by a bat

In a stunning flip-flop that literally demolishes the establishment narrative for the last 18 months during the COVID-19 pandemic that killed millions, a chief of the World Health Organization now admits Patient No. 1 may have been a worker at a Wuhan, China, lab that was experimenting with deadly viruses – including in some projects subsidized by American taxpayers.

It was Real Clear Energy that reported earlier that President Biden recently ordered the intelligence community to report on the origins of coronavirus, meaning that “the lab-escape scenario can no longer be dismissed as a conspiracy theory.”

It was suppressed for most of the pandemic by both legacy and social media giants as exactly that. Articles about that possible origin were suppressed online, and mentioning the idea of social media could get a statement – or even a social media account – entirely canceled.

Real Clear Health noted at the time of Biden’s order, “it is reasonable to assume that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has done everything in its power to help World Health Organization (WHO) investigators uncover evidence to support zoonotic origins of the virus and to have suppressed all available evidence pointing to the possibility of lab escape.”

Now, the Daily Mail is reporting Dr. Peter Embarek, who led the WHO probe into the origins of the coronavirus pandemic in China, “made the shocking claim despite initially dismissing the notion that the virus escaped from a lab as extremely unlikely.”

Embarek now is conceding the lab leak could have happened, for example, if a Chinese researcher was infected by a bat while taking samples for the controversial establishment’s research.

The doctor, in an interview with a Denmark television show, confirmed, “An employee who was infected in the field by taking samples falls under one of the probable hypotheses. This is where the virus jumps directly from a bat to a human. In that case, it would then be a laboratory worker instead of a random villager or other person who has regular contact with bats. So it is actually in the probable category.”

He claimed there was no direct evidence of that yet, but China long has been accused of covering up the initial developments of the pandemic, delaying the response from other countries, and thus likely leading to many of the deaths.

The Mail documented, “Embarek’s comments are a marked reversal on those he made while still in China on the fact-finding mission when he called on scientists to stop investigating the possibility the virus escaped from a lab. He also initially insisted there is no evidence of transmission ‘in Wuhan or elsewhere’ before December 2019.”

Chinese officials repeatedly have lobbed verbal grenades at other countries around the globe, claiming at one point or another that the virus came from Bangladesh, the U.S., Greece, Australia, India, Italy, Czech Republic, Russia or Serbia /

But it is known that the Wuhan Institute of Virology has been collecting numerous coronaviruses from bats ever since the SARS outbreak in 2002, the Mail said. Its workers also have written how bat viruses interacted with humans.

One of the problems with the lab leak theory was that it was raised by, among others, President Trump. As the legacy and social media industries in America were on an election-year agenda to destroy his presidency and remove him from office at the time, a campaign that ultimately included two failed impeach-and-remove attempts by Democrats, the idea was suppressed.

WHO earlier this year had dismissed the lab leak idea with the words, “extremely unlikely.”

That report instead made other suggestions, such as that the virus was delivered to China on imported frozen meat.

Its claims were “widely dismissed as a whitewash,” the Mail reported.

Investigators visited the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the nearby Wuhan Centre for Disease Prevention and Control but were banned from looking at lab documents or details.

China repeatedly – and vehemently – has rejected any suggestion COVID leaked from the lab and has accused the U.S. of “playing politics” on the origins of the disaster.

But evidence now has revealed that the virus was rapidly expanding its impact in China for weeks as the government was claiming it couldn’t spread person-to-person.

Earlier, it was confirmed when she was secretary of state, Hillary Clinton warned in a cable to French officials that research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology could lead to a “biological weapons proliferation concern.”

The cable, obtained via Wikileaks, was addressed to all embassies in member nations ahead of a plenary session in Paris of the Australia Group, Sept. 21-25, 2009, reported Jack Posobiec for Human Events.

The international export control forum was organized to prevent the spread of chemical and biological weapons. Members include European Union nations, India, Japan and South Korea. But China is not a member.

“We believe it is important to focus on emerging chemical and biological technologies, trends in the trade of CBW-related goods and threats,” Clinton’s cable said to France.

She said participants in the forum would benefit from hearing about France’s “experiences assisting China in setting up a Biosafety Level-4 (BSL-4) laboratory at the Wuhan Institute of Virology from the export control and intangible technology transfer perspectives.”

“We are particularly interested to know how China plans to vet incoming foreign researchers from countries of biological weapons proliferation concern,” she said.

Her cable noted the U.S. “believes AG members would be interested in any information you can share related to China and North Korea, specifically information related to:

One of the key components of the campaign to discount the lab leak information was Anthony Fauci, president Biden’s medical adviser. It wasn’t until just weeks ago he admitted that the lab-leak theory is a possible explanation for the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Americans are increasingly realizing that much of what they thought they knew about the COVID-19 pandemic has been a lie. At the same time, the reality of safe, effective, inexpensive and readily available medications that can both treat and prevent COVID infection – successfully used all over the world, and by many people in the U.S. – has been ruthlessly suppressed at every turn. But the truth is finally emerging, and is explored in-depth in a special issue of WND’s acclaimed Whistleblower magazine, titled “ENDING THE PANDEMIC: How vaccine mania and lust for power led to the all-out suppression of proven safe-and-effective COVID treatments.” Though sold out in its print edition due to overwhelming demand from WND readers, “ENDING THE PANDEMIC” is available in Whistleblower’s popular, state-of-the-art digital form!
