Remember it?
It was wonderful.
President Donald Trump was riding high with accomplishment after accomplishment – Middle East peace treaties, unparalleled economic conditions at home, and the Democrats were in a tailspin.
That was what WND and the other independent media were fighting for.
There was as yet no pandemic in sight. It was a wonderful Christmas season.
But beneath the surface, America faced a calamity of epic proportions. The Chinese coronavirus was about to break out, and the Democrats and Big Tech were about to take advantage of it. It was unthinkable then, but the fact is, the fix was in – our election was about to be stolen a year later.
It’s a distant memory now, as the Internet Cartel wars against free speech, freedom of the press and freedom of religion as a way of shutting us down and stifling conservative views, Christian voices, the independent media – and free and fair elections.
WND has seen revenues drop precipitously from almost $10 million in 2016 to less than $1 million this year.
Right now, WND is in a battle for survival against the most powerful forces in communications today, or ever – the new gatekeepers of what people can say, write, speak or broadcast to a nation starving for the other side of the story.
That’s exactly what WND has provided for 24 years as the pioneering independent online news voice. But now, because of our unique, uncompromising and fearless news and commentary tradition, our revenues are being choked daily by the left-wing “progressive” cabal that strangles our reach through its “politically correct” algorithms and anti-First Amendment policies.
Google decides what’s best – and they label WND’s stories “dangerous,” “derogatory,” even “shocking content.”
It isn’t coincidental that these policies by the Internet Cartel hit overdrive immediately following the swearing-in of President Trump. They hate him and everything he stands for. What these monopoly communications companies do in hurting Trump by giving preference to media like the New York Times, CNN, the Washington Post, the Huffington Post, the Daily Beast and Time is shameless. But what they do to WND and other independent media is scandalous. They made the calculated decision to ensure there will never be another free and fair election in America – and they started with the Big Steal in 2020.
We can’t fight this battle alone. We need your support – urgently and desperately. Just try to imagine America without the independent media bringing you the truth. We are in the midst of a titanic battle to save free speech, the free press and freedom of religion in this country. Don’t forget it for a minute.
Yes, we face a catastrophe of dwindling revenues and traffic without your urgent help.

It needs to be knocked off its privileged pedestal from which it sets its warped rules for debate, dialogue and news dissemination.
How? For starters, by thwarting their scorched-earth policies against WND.
