It’s only gotten worse for Joe Biden since former President Trump released a blistering campaign-style video ad earlier this week dubbing his 2020 rival the “surrenderer-in-chief.”

The video and still-photo montage by Trump’s Save America political action committee features the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan as well as the border crisis, the spike in COVID infections and inflation.

A spokesman for Save America said in a statement that Biden “lied to America and to the world when he told us ‘America was back.'”

He said the “surrender” to the Taliban and the Americans left behind will “go down as one of the greatest military failures in American history.”

“Now, it’s the Taliban that is back – not America,” the spokesman said. “This is not the America we know and the media refuses to hold Biden accountable for the destruction and tragedy he’s caused. It’s time for the truth.”
