A judge has authorized the release of a forensic review of Dominion voting machines that were used in Antrim County, Michigan, where the system allegedly flipped thousands of votes from President Trump to Joe Biden during the 2020 election.
The Gateway Pundit reported early Monday on the decision by the judge.
Michigan 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin A. Elsenheimer gave permission to Matthew DePerno, a lawyer, to talk about the findings in a case that focused on a marijuana vote in the county but also encompassed the results of the presidential race.
Antrim County made headlines when officials claimed a Biden victory in a county that overwhelmingly supported Trump in 2016. An immediate review found what officials called “human error,” and the outcome was reversed.
But the county has become a lightning rod for suspicions, supported by other evidence, that Dominion voting machines were used to flip votes from Trump to Biden.
The president’s legal team last week began its own forensic analysis of 22 machines in Michigan.
The review was praised by Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who said the “spiking” of votes by Dominion machines happened “all over the state.”

The results of the audit were not immediately available.
The Gateway Pundit explained the decision came in a lawsuit by DePerno on behalf of Central Lake resident William Bailey, who was concerned about ballots that were sent through a Dominion machine a second time following a 262-262 tie on a marijuana-related ballot initiative.
The report said when the ballots were sent through a second time, three were destroyed and not counted. But the result the second time was an anomalous 262-261 vote in favor of the initiative.
The Gateway Pundit report also noted other unusual results, including that 742 votes were added to the total after a recount of a school board election. And Dominion’s vote totals showed 663 people voted in a district where there were only six eligible voters and only three of the six voted.
While the forensic review previously had been authorized, no public release of the results had been allowed.
DePerno argued that the results are “important for the public, the U.S. government, and the Michigan legislature to review and understand.”
He said it clearly is an issue of “national security.”
The lawyer wants to release the results to Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and others.
“This is an issue of national security. Our voting system is defined as ‘national critical infrastructure.'”
The state’s attorney general, Dana Nessel, blasted lawyers who filed what she insisted are “frivolous actions.”
DePerno called Nessel’s actions intimidation.
