A shocking result has come out of a new poll: That eight in 10 Americans believe the legacy and social media conspiracy to cover up the Hunter Biden laptop scandal, just days before the 2020 presidential election, changed the results.
According to a report from investigative reporter Paul Sperry, “a whopping 79%” suggest that President Donald Trump “likely would have won reelection if voters had known the truth about Hunter Biden’s laptop.”
What was suppressed by legacy media publications, and social media giants like Twitter and Facebook, was that the laptop was real, that it contained damaging information about the Biden family’s international business schemes, including some with enemies that may have profited Joe Biden, and all those sordid images, emails and recordings about drugs, prostitutes and worse.
It was not “Russian disinformation,” as a long list of partisan former intelligence officials aligned with Joe Biden, had claimed.
The report explained, “The survey of 1,335 adults was conducted earlier this month by New Jersey-based Technometrica Institute of Policy and Politics. The vast majority of those following the issue said they believe that the laptop is real, while only 11 percent still believe it was created by Russia.”
The authenticity of the laptop now has been confirmed by even left-leaning publications like the Washington Post and The New York Times, which originally had suppressed it.
“In October 2020, the New York Post broke the story that Hunter Biden had abandoned the Apple computer at a Wilmington, Del., repair shop. The newspaper exposed emails from the hard drive indicating the Biden family may have participated in illicit business deals in Ukraine, China, and other countries. Social media censored the story, denying voters critical information on the eve of the election,” Sperry reported.
The poll revealed 74% believe that the FBI and Intelligence Community deliberately misled voters when key players claimed – falsely — the laptop was “disinformation” and part of a Kremlin plot to hurt Biden’s candidacy.
It’s not the first time such concerns have been raised. At the end of 2020, WND reported a survey commissioned by the Media Research Center found more than one-third of voters who chose Joe Biden were not aware of the evidence linking the former vice president to corrupt financial dealings with China through his son Hunter.
Had they known, the survey said, President Trump would have won at least 289 Electoral College votes, and would be president now.
The survey found that 13% voters of the voters who said they were unaware of the scandals would not have voted for Biden had they been made aware. That amounted to 4.6% of Biden’s total votes.

“It is an indisputable fact that the media stole the election. The American electorate was intentionally kept in the dark,” MRC President Brent Bozell said at the time. “During the height of the scandal surrounding Hunter Biden’s foreign dealings, the media and the big tech companies did everything in their power to cover it up. Twitter and Facebook limited sharing of the New York Post’s reports, and the liberal media omitted it from their coverage or dismissed it as Russian disinformation.”
He said the media and Silicon Valley “were fully aware of this, so they actively tried to prevent it from reaching the American public.”
“The American people deserved to know the truth; now it’s too late,” he said.
Among the details that would have been of value to the American voting public were that Hunter Biden’s firm got $3.5 million from Russian billionaire Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow, that Hunter Biden also opened a joint bank account with a Chinese national linked to the communist government, and while “Joe Biden advocated for legislation favored by big banks that made it harder for struggling Americans to declare bankruptcy, Biden’s son Hunter was getting hundreds of thousands of dollars in “consultant fees” from one of those banks, MBNA.
Joe Biden’s advocacy for his son’s business dealings long has been public. He even bragged about it.
As vice president, he traveled to Ukraine and threatened to withhold American aid if the government there didn’t fire the prosecutor investigating alleged corruption at Burisma, which had Hunter Biden on its payroll.
It was on Oct. 19, 2020, that more than four dozen former U.S. intelligence officials, including former CIA Director John Brennan, signed a letter claiming the material published by the Post about Hunter Biden’s scandals had the “classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”
“Terming the laptop ‘disinformation’ by the FBI, Intelligence Community, Congress, and the Biden campaign, along with Big Tech, impacted voters,” Technometrica President Raghavan Mayur, who’s been recognized as the most accurate pollster in recent presidential elections, told Sperry. “A significant majority—78 percent—believe that access to the correct information could have been critical to their decision at the polls.”
The poll showed 47% said that knowing before the election that the laptop contents were real and not “disinformation” would have changed their voting decision—including more than two-thirds (71 percent) of Democrats, the report said.
“Almost 8 of 10 respondents said that a truthful interpretation of the laptop would have likely changed the election’s outcome more in favor of Trump,” the report said.
The polling also revealed 51% gave the media a grade of D or F for coverage of the laptop issue. And 81% said the attorney needs to appoint an independent special counsel to investigate possibly incriminating email and other evidence contained on Hunter Biden’s laptop.
Hunter Biden already is under federal investigation for possible money laundering, tax fraud and other crimes.
Word from the Senate Judiciary Committee just recently, too, is that multiple FBI whistleblowers have confirmed a plan by bureau leaders to “throttle” the investigation into Hunter Biden’s laptop as the 2020 election approached, as such information could damage Joe Biden as a candidate.
The report said, “Former National Intelligence Director John Ratcliffe recently said there is growing evidence the FBI politically interfered in both the 2016 and 2020 elections while claiming they were worried about Russian interference.”
Further, a poll earlier this year said if Hunter Biden’s corruption is proven, 67% of the respondents want Joe Biden impeached.
The results were from the Independent Women’s Voice, which posted online the results of a poll.
A full 60% of the respondents said what Hunter Biden was doing, in fact, was selling access to Joe Biden, first when he was vice president, and now as president.
“A whopping 67% of registered voters said they believe Hunter Biden selling access to his father is an impeachable offense for President Biden, according to new polling by Harvard University’s Center for American Political Studies (CAPS) and Harris, a firm run by Democrat Mark Penn,” the report explained.
The Biden family’s history includes a long list of various companies that they own that took payments from Russia interests, Chinese operatives, a Ukrainian organization under investigation for corruption and much more. Evidence also has confirmed that Joe and Hunter Biden shared some bank accounts and paid bills for each other – including legal fees for one of Hunter Biden’s Chinese operations that Joe Biden reportedly funded.
That’s despite repeated claims from Joe Biden that he never discussed Hunter business dealings with him.
GOP House leader Kevin McCarthy recently charged that the FBI actually “colluded” with Facebook to help Joe Biden win.
His accusation came after Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg admitted his company censored news of the laptop scandal – in response to a request from the FBI.
“The FBI colluded with Big Tech to silence news stories weeks before the 2020 election in an attempt to control your access to information,” McCarthy said. “Democrats in Congress have been intentionally ignoring the facts. When Republicans are back in charge, we will hold all of them accountable.”

Zuckerberg confessed, “I mean, basically the background here is the FBI, I think, basically came to us, some folks on our team. It was like, hey, just so you know. like you should be on high alert. There was, we though there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election. We have it on notice basically, there’s about to be some kind of dump similar to that.”
Zuckerberg admitted the “distribution” of the accurate reporting was “decreased.”
“Fewer people saw it,” he confessed, because of his actions.
The Daily Mail documented, “Three weeks before the election, the New York Post revealed the sordid contents of Hunter’s laptop, showing compromising photos of the then presidential candidate’s son and his questionable business dealings implicating his father. The huge cache of files, emails and photos was seen by many as a smoking gun that could have turned the tide in the election, but social media bosses at Facebook and Twitter minimized the story for unfounded fears it could be Russian misinformation.”
