A top Fox News Media executive has allegedly been caught on hidden camera bragging about spending thousands of dollars at strip clubs and then charging it to corporate credit cards.
The O’Keefe Media Group purports Jason Hermes, vice president of Content Sales and Partnerships for Fox Weather under Fox News Media, was captured on undercover camera admitting to using company funds for personal strip club visits and falsifying expense reports.
Hermes is seen on hidden camera boasting about overseeing some $90 million in annual business, claiming it made him untouchable.

“It’s the best job, because I’m a celebrity around all of it, but no one knows me. It’s like winning the lottery,” he said.
Regarding his use of the Fox corporate card, Hermes indicated: “You could take this [Fox credit card], walk into a strip club, literally, and spend $4,000. Go to your corporate manager and they will sign it and pay it off … ‘Well that’s what the client wanted.’”
When asked if the practice involved clients or hosts, he replied: “No, we would just do it ourselves and lie on the expense reports. No one asks a question … When I’m bringing in 90 million, no one’s gonna f***ing say a word to me … It’s still like that because it’s media, it’s nobody’s money.”

OMG reports: “This directly violates Fox Corporation’s Standards of Business Conduct, which demands ‘rigorous accuracy and honesty in our financial records’ and ‘accurate and complete’ information. False entries undermine public filings and betray shareholder trust.
“It may also violate U.S. Tax Code Section 274, which disallows deductions for entertainment expenses, and raises issues of accurate financial reporting. ‘No deduction shall be allowed for an activity generally considered to constitute entertainment, amusement, or recreation.’”
In September 2024, Hermes joined Fox Weather after having served as vice president of content marketing sales at the Weather Channel.
When contacted for comment, he told OMG, “No, thank you” and “OK, bye” before hanging up. Fox News Media did not respond to OMG’s request for comment.
